  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
  • Conduct high-volume interviews and manage hiring manager preferences
  • Build talent maps and market insights to inform strategy
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and referrals to source candidates

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
  • 1+ years working with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup
  • Ability to be onsite/hybrid in Ashville, OH
