You'll own full-cycle recruiting for hardware and manufacturing roles at a defense tech company. You'll drive talent strategy and build diverse pipelines for high-volume hiring. This 6-month contract offers autonomy and potential conversion to full-time.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
- Conduct high-volume interviews and manage hiring manager preferences
- Build talent maps and market insights to inform strategy
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and referrals to source candidates
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
- 1+ years working with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup
- Ability to be onsite/hybrid in Ashville, OH

- Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring
- Consultative approach with positive candidate experiences
