Description

You will lead a team of engineers building and maintaining operational systems for a mission-driven startup focused on reducing food waste. You'll partner with product and stakeholders across operations, finance, and supply chain to deliver scalable solutions for warehouse management, payments, ERP integrations, and third-party lines of business.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend systems or distributed platforms
• 4+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience
• Experience with operational systems such as warehouse management, payments, ERP, or supply chain
• Experience integrating with third-party vendors or external systems
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers for operational systems and third-party integrations
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain to define priorities and deliver scalable solutions
• Drive execution across complex initiatives involving internal systems, vendor platforms, and real-time workflows
• Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and operational readiness
• Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support to engineers
