🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and convert new OEM, Capital Project, and MRO customers.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored technical solutions.
• Create proposals, presentations, and quotations for customers.
• Track metrics and manage opportunities using CRM tools.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial sales experience.
• 2+ years in Fluid Power sales strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering (or 2-year technical degree in Fluid Power).
• Valid driver's license required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Automation or Motion Control.
• Associate's degree in Fluid Power.
• Experience with value-add sales.
