💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional voice programs at the #1 TV streaming platform, driving features from concept to launch. Your work directly impacts how millions of users interact with their TVs hands-free. This role offers the opportunity to shape Roku's voice ecosystem across multiple languages and devices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major Roku Voice programs
• Own program structure: requirements, milestones, dependencies, risk management
• Drive alignment on priorities and scope across engineering, analytics, QA, and partner teams
• Coordinate with external voice technology partners and internal platform teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering disciplines
• Strong familiarity with machine learning, speech/ASR, NLU/NLP, or large-scale data/experimentation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
