💼 About This Role

You'll join a small team driving the design and end-to-end production of Planet's cutting-edge satellite constellation. You'll own the process from concept to flight, optimizing for medium-scale mass production. This role offers the unique opportunity to see your hardware launched into space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design analog, power, thermal, and mixed signal subsystems
• Perform schematic capture and power/signal integrity simulations
• Guide and review PCB layout design
• Oversee design validation and qualification campaigns

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of experience taking designs from schematics to manufacturing
• Experience with power, analog, and mixed signal PCB design
• Proficiency with Altium for PCB design

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of High Speed Design and DC-DC converters
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python
