💼 About This Role

You'll deploy AI solutions for the Data Team, building agents, plug-ins, and integrations that close the gap between ideas and implementation. You'll scale existing AI-native infrastructure from prototype into production. This role offers track flexibility as a principal individual contributor or a hands-on people leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build agents, plug-ins, applications, and integrations for emerging use cases
• Design and develop custom agents and agent harnesses
• Run intake conversations with internal partners to surface AI use cases
• Train users and write documentation for AI solution adoption

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years building AI or agentic systems used by a real organization
• Direct experience building agents or AI applications in production
• Strong Python programming skills including async patterns

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern agent tooling such as Claude Code, MCP, LangGraph
• Working knowledge of AI governance and security
