You'll execute packaging development from concept to counter for rhode, supporting our commitment to sustainability and innovative solutions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalable, efficient packaging that aligns with the brand vision. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing beauty brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and qualify primary, secondary & tertiary packaging solutions.
• Support ideation, feasibility, and implementation of new packages.
• Create component specs, BOMs, and fill & assembly specifications.
• Assist in line trials and attend manufacturing startups.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Package Engineering.
• Beauty/personal care industry experience.
• Proven track record of developing creative packaging solutions.
