Description

You will lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians responsible for integrating complex hardware subsystems into Apptronik's humanoid robot platform. You will own wiring architecture, calibration, and configuration management, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years hands-on hardware engineering experience focused on complex robotics systems
• 2+ years in direct management or technical lead role
• Deep expertise in design and manufacturing of high-density wiring and cable harnesses
• Experience managing complex BoMs and hardware versioning in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians focused on hardware integration of humanoid robotic systems
• Direct prototype hardware bring-up, including physical assembly and initial power-on
• Own wiring and harness design and integration for robust power and data distribution
• Develop kinematic and dynamic calibration schemes for alignment between physical and digital models
• Lead hardware-in-the-loop testbed development for rapid iteration and integration
