💼 About This Role

You'll join the ECOM team at Alma to maintain and improve our CMS payment plugins for platforms like PrestaShop and Magento 2. You'll raise code quality, mentor developers through pair programming, and set the technical direction for the team. This mission focuses on daily technical support without predefined deliverables.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct structured code reviews across all active CMS plugin repositories
• Run regular pair programming sessions with mid-level developers
• Break down complex technical subjects into actionable tickets
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and document architectural decisions

📋 Requirements

• Native PHP mastery with OOP and design patterns for CMS plugin development
• Hands-on CMS plugin development on at least 2 of: PrestaShop, Magento 2, WooCommerce
• Unit testing expertise to implement and improve test coverage
• Tech lead posture to set quality standards and drive team improvements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience on Sylius or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• JavaScript proficiency for frontend plugin components
