🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage administration of HR operational programs and projects
• Administer Relocation Program and support H-1B applications
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements
• Prepare and analyze HR operational metrics and provide insights

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent
• 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist or Operations experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance across multiple states
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel

• Experience with unemployment claims and hearings
• Experience supporting organizational change or acquisitions
