You'll join Sigma's award-winning Support Engineering team to help customers solve technical and data challenges using the Sigma platform. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to diagnose complex issues and drive solutions. This role offers the chance to impact a rapidly growing AI analytics company recognized with a Stevie Gold Award.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for customers
  • Develop best practices and tools for issue diagnosis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product improvement
  • Document common issue patterns and resolution processes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Enterprise product support experience in data analytics
  • Strong SQL proficiency (JOINs, Window Functions, CTEs)
  • Experience with data modeling and charting
  • Computer Science fundamentals

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a cloud service in production
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Knowledge of GCP or AWS
