💼 About This Role
You'll operationalize and run the Pursuits Program for Snowflake's most complex sales opportunities, partnering with Sales and senior leadership. Your work directly drives closure on high-value deals and elevates customer experience through seamless program execution.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Act as primary operational point of contact for the program.
- Own master schedule and logistics for key program forums.
- Manage executive sponsor assignment and engagement tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources for pursuit opportunities.
- Maintain central tracker for action items from executive reviews.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years experience in sales program operations or related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs in fast-paced SaaS/consumption model.
- Familiarity with complex contract negotiations and business terms.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
