💼 About This Role

You'll operationalize and run the Pursuits Program for Snowflake's most complex sales opportunities, partnering with Sales and senior leadership. Your work directly drives closure on high-value deals and elevates customer experience through seamless program execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as primary operational point of contact for the program.
  • Own master schedule and logistics for key program forums.
  • Manage executive sponsor assignment and engagement tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources for pursuit opportunities.
  • Maintain central tracker for action items from executive reviews.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in sales program operations or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs in fast-paced SaaS/consumption model.
  • Familiarity with complex contract negotiations and business terms.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for data-driven insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Deal desk or commercial finance experience.
  • Understanding of Snowflake's consumption revenue model.
  • Experience with executive-level communication.
