💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead Fundraise Up's 0→1 innovation track, personally owning high-risk bets from hypothesis to explicit go/kill decisions. Your core impact is reducing uncertainty through fast experiments, not shipping features. This player-coach role offers real ownership over high-impact product bets with the authority to kill bad ideas early.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Frame experiments around the single riskiest assumption with kill criteria.
• Synthesize results into opinionated scale/iterate/kill recommendations.
• Source and close lighthouse pilots with clear scope and metrics.
• Build a repeatable Lab Operating System including pipeline reviews and kill reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in Product with a proven 0→1 track record
• 3+ years managing PMs in a player-coach or group lead role
• Hands-on AI prototype experience using LLMs, APIs, or modern tooling
• Cross-functional leadership across Eng/Design/Analytics and GTM

• Ex-founder with a clear ship/scale/kill story
• Payments, fintech, e-commerce, or nonprofit domain experience
• EU market familiarity (PSD2/SCA, data/privacy norms)
