💼 About This Role

You'll design and demo Sierra's AI Agent product, providing technical solutions to customer needs. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering to drive GTM. This role offers the chance to be a technical leader in customer conversations for a cutting-edge AI platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and demo Sierra's Agent product to prospects
• Answer technical questions and propose solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
• Understand and anticipate customer needs in early conversations

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in Sales Engineering or similar customer-facing technical sales
• Professional fluency in both German and English
• Experience in demo building and presenting to customers
• Ability to connect prospect's business problems to Sierra's solutions
