💼 About This Role

You'll join Anduril's Manufacturing Engineering team to support continuous operations and enable world-class production of defense products. You'll drive Overall Equipment Efficiency through automation enhancements and collaborate on new product introductions. This role requires a 3-month training period in Santa Ana, CA before transitioning to Asheville, OH.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize production equipment to maximize OEE and quality.
• Champion continuous improvement projects for yield, cycle time, and availability.
• Collaborate with process engineering and maintenance teams on equipment reliability.
• Develop SCADA systems to monitor and process real-time production data.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in equipment engineering, automation, or reliability.
• Expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMIs.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Experience with Vision Systems for automated inspection and guidance.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
