You'll lead user experience and visual design for a consumer fintech startup focused on simplifying home buying. Your core impact is defining the design vision and delivering incremental improvements to the product. AI is integral, used as a thought partner in both process and prototyping.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead undefined problem spaces with user research, UX, visual & interaction design.
• Design flows and interfaces simplifying complex actions into usable interfaces.
• Define and own visual and UI standards across desktop and mobile web.
• Present product vision to stakeholders through visual narrative.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience at tech companies.
• 2+ years planning and executing user research using various techniques.
• Experience building consumer experiences.
• Deep knowledge of systems, patterns, interactions, and prototyping.
