💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the development and competency assessment of Financial Planners within Titan Wealth Planning, ensuring compliance with FCA rules and internal T&C schemes. You'll provide on-the-ground coaching and supervise a portfolio of advisers across the Central region, with a flexible remote setup and regular travel. This role offers a unique blend of start-up energy and private equity backing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as first line supervisor to Financial Planners across varying locations.
• Deliver new entrant training and other training interventions as required.
• Undertake Role Plays, Live Observations, and Competency Assessments.
• Assess KPIs to identify development areas and deliver coaching.

📋 Requirements

• Current experience in a Training & Competence role within financial services.
• Deep understanding of Financial Planning (Pensions, Investments, Protection).
• Working knowledge of FCA rules and relevant legislation.
• Qualified to at least QCF Level 4 or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• AF7, CF8, or ER1 qualifications.
• Experience with complaints procedures.
• Knowledge of financial crime and GDPR.
