🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of exterior grounds and walkways.
• Remove litter and debris from common areas and ensure proper disposal.
• Assist maintenance team with carrying tools and minor tasks.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways, and exterior surfaces as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Relevant experience in janitorial, porter, or maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
