💼 About This Role

You'll identify AI opportunities and build workflows using Claude and orchestration tools for a department at Hawk. You'll deploy at least one workflow within six weeks, then iterate. This role emphasizes learning by doing and sharing half-finished work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct use case mapping by interviewing colleagues and observing workflows
• Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows using Claude and orchestration tools
• Present progress, failures, and learnings at bi-weekly cross-cohort showcase
• Document successful workflows so colleagues can use them independently

📋 Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Management, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
• Has personally used AI tools with specific examples
• Builds things in spare time like side projects or personal automations
• Comfortable with ambiguity to define non-existent use cases

• Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript
• Willingness to learn
