Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B or corporate learning
• Experience as Instructional Designer at Middle or Senior level
• Strong understanding of learning design methodologies
• Experience with learning effectiveness metrics and business impact indicators
• Product mindset and ability to connect learning to business outcomes

• Design and develop corporate learning solutions aligned with business and product needs
• Define learning goals, outcomes, and success metrics for measurable impact
• Work with learning and business metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
• Apply strong learning design principles to create scalable experiences
• Formulate, test, and iterate learning hypotheses based on data and stakeholder input
