Description

You will lead and execute all efforts to achieve store goals, including sales performance, operational execution, and delivering an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador focused on sustainability. You'll monitor business drivers, coach the team, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Daily open availability across a full 7 day work week
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance, taking action to improve business
• Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while managing budget
• Drive elevated client experience as a brand ambassador, educating on sustainability
• Lead sales floor, provide in-the-moment coaching for continuous improvement
• Ensure inventory accuracy and controls
