🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day campaign management across performance channels.
• Experiment with creative, messaging, and audience strategies.
• Analyze performance data using Excel, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Tableau.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance, Creative, and Brand teams.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on performance marketing campaign management experience.
• Multi-platform experience (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, etc.).
• Mobile-first acquisition experience with app vs web understanding.
• Data analytics proficiency (Excel, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Looker, Tableau).

• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries.
• Experience scaling subscription-based or mobile-first products.
• Knowledge of incrementality testing or attribution modeling.
