💼 About This Role

You'll own all HR activities at our Swiss site, supporting a team of approximately 125 employees. You'll act as the trusted HR partner, driving payroll processes and recruitment using state-of-the-art HR IT systems. You'll also foster a positive, high-performing work environment in a dynamic international setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Manage full payroll process (ABACUS) and insurance administration.
• Lead recruitment efforts from job posting to onboarding.
• Oversee HR processes, policies, and administration improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Certified HR professional (Swiss FA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in HR administration and payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of ABACUS payroll systems and HR IT tools.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
