🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop EMEA-based implementation specialists supporting enterprise customers.
• Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding projects for quality and timely delivery.
• Define, scale, and continuously improve implementation processes and regional models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align customer implementations.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing and scaling high-performing teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Experience working with enterprise and mid-market customers in SaaS or technology environments.
