Requirements
- 10+ years professional experience, 5-8 years in Product Management

- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent
- Familiarity with AI development lifecycles and regulated environments
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product roadmap for member experience products
- Define strategy for integrating LLMs and Generative AI into member portal
- Partner with Data Science to monitor AI performance metrics
- Optimize CCaaS hand-off between digital self-service and human advocates
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and team members
