As a Technical Documentation Writer at Motive, you'll develop and maintain Help Center articles that empower users to get the most from our products. You'll translate complex product information into clear, user-friendly content for a non-technical audience. This role offers opportunities to contribute to knowledge management initiatives and collaborate on SEO, UX research, and chatbot projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and update Help Center articles for clarity and accuracy.
• Prepare drafts in CMS and edit images for articles.
• Collaborate with teams to gather product information.
• Contribute to coding, SEO, data analysis, and chatbot flows.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Writing, or related field
• Experience with SaaS and/or hardware products
• Hands-on experience with CMS like Zendesk/WordPress/HubSpot
