💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and maintain integrations across HubSpot, Ruddr, Sage Intacct, ADP, and Planful for a life sciences commercialization firm. Your work ensures accurate data flows for financial reporting, CRM, and project management. You'll own end-to-end integration QA and system administration, collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build integrations using Zapier, APIs, and scripting
• Ensure data flows accurately into Planful for reporting
• Define and execute QA for every integration
• Administer HubSpot, Ruddr, Sage Intacct, ADP, Lever, and Planful
• Coordinate integration timelines across departments

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years in systems integration or administration
• Hands-on Zapier experience with code steps and webhooks
• Admin experience with at least 3 of HubSpot, Sage Intacct, ADP, Lever, Planful, Zapier
• Strong understanding of CRM ↔ PSA ↔ ERP ↔ EPM data flows

• Direct Planful integration experience
• Background in consulting or professional services
• Track record supporting large-scale system transitions
