💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of relentless builders at a privacy-focused mobile network startup backed by top-tier VCs. You'll be the first data hire, building data infrastructure from the ground up, owning data pipelines and creating dashboards that empower teams. This role offers the chance to shape data strategy while working alongside engineers from Palantir and Anduril.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Design and implement dashboards, automating regular reporting
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams on data assets
• Improve data quality, discoverability, and metric clarity

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI
• 2+ years hands-on dbt modeling with SQL and/or Python
• Expert-level SQL for complex analytical queries
• Deep experience with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, BI tools)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building production data pipelines with strong SWE practices
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Familiarity with AWS and self-hosted installs
