Description

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for the San Diego and Irvine offices, developing and executing a business plan to achieve growth and outstanding results. You will champion the firm's Living-Centered Design ethos, serve as a brand ambassador, and engage in client leadership while spending most of your time on strategy, external brand opportunities, and growth activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the office with firm-wide integration
• Lead top-line growth achieving a minimum 10% year-over-year growth and personal goal of $2.0M per year
• Act as brand ambassador, promoting Living-Centered Design externally and internally
• Identify, assess, and mentor client leaders; champion client engagement process
• Foster a design-focused culture and champion innovation
