You'll design the operational frameworks that power Postman's post-sales organization, reporting to the Head of GTM Operations. Your work will enable customer lifecycle management and retention strategies for millions of developers. This role sits at the intersection of GTM Strategy, Sales, and Product in a high-growth API platform company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design scalable customer lifecycle processes (onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion).
- Own CS platforms, CRM workflows, and product usage integrations.
- Develop customer health scoring, lifecycle segmentation, and expansion detection frameworks.
- Partner with GTM Strategy and BI teams to drive retention and expansion analytics.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or post-sales leadership.
- Experience supporting Customer Success at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management (onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion).
- Experience implementing CS platforms and CRM integrations.
