🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a regional payroll team
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in APAC countries
• Design localized workflows for global consistency
• Act as subject matter expert for cross-functional partners

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in international payroll operations
• 2+ years managing a regional or international payroll team
• Strong knowledge of APAC payroll tax regulations
• Experience in EOR, PEO, or HR Tech space
