Description

You will lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, empowering internal teams, customers, and partners to adopt Contentful with confidence. You'll build scalable programs and toolkits, collaborate cross-functionally, and create enablement materials that drive shared understanding and guide business strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting or similar role, ideally in digital experience platform or solution services agency
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns (headless CMS, API-first)
• Practitioner-level code proficiency with React, Next.js, APIs, SDKs
• Proven ability to build and scale technical enablement programs in cross-functional environment
• Excellent consultative and communication skills to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful features and best practices for Customer Experience and cross-functional teams
• Serve as company-wide Contentful SME, developing prescriptive guidance and workshops
• Establish a scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and consistent understanding
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Demo teams to evaluate features and influence decisions
• Create and maintain a library of enablement materials including usage guidance, patterns, and architectural recommendations
