You'll partner with Go-To-Market leadership in a high-growth SaaS company to drive people initiatives and strengthen leadership capability. You'll turn business needs into actionable talent strategies and improve processes that elevate engagement and performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary HRBP for GTM Executives and Managers
• Lead creation of annual Revenue and Marketing People Plan
• Coach managers on performance, employee relations, and engagement
• Lead global HR projects and mentor junior team members

📋 Requirements

• 7-8 years HR generalist experience in SaaS/Tech
• 3-4 years supporting GTM functions
• Experience working across multiple countries (USA, Europe, APAC)
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through data and insights
