Description

You will lead and mentor a small team of UX designers while working hands-on to design complex product experiences for Cribl's data engine platform. You'll own end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives, evolve the design system, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape both the product and design culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.
• Experience designing complex B2B or developer-facing products.
• 1-3 years of formal people management experience with direct reports.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for complex product initiatives, simplifying technical workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and reusable UX patterns for accessibility and consistency.
• Directly manage a small team of UX designers, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and design critique.
• Manage designer workload, capacity planning, and prioritization using Jira and cross-functional alignment.
• Strengthen UX integration early in roadmap definition and champion research rigor.
