Description

In this role, you will develop and maintain CGI pipelines and workflows for the 3D Animation team, working on demanding projects for premium clients. You'll collaborate closely with directors, leads, and artists to solve technical issues, scope projects, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years production experience with end-to-end 3D animation in a senior or leading role
• Deep knowledge of CGI production pipelines and industry standards
• Excellent knowledge of Maya/Arnold and Cinema4D/Redshift; complementary knowledge of Substance Painter, 3ds Max, Houdini, After Effects, or Nuke
• Ability to work in Modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Understand briefs and find technical solutions to achieve artistic goals within time and budget
• Define the right team and maintain/update CG pipelines based on project needs
• Work closely with Director, 3D lead, and artists; hands-on involvement in production
• Scope project times and check feasibility for different tasks
• Communicate across departments to adjust pipeline and processes from pre-production to delivery
