Description

You will own end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations, and lead the company's enrollment to the digital card system. Collaborate with Finance and external providers, handle audits, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in multinational setting
• Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and shift management systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and employee lifecycle
• Handle submissions to ERGANI II, EFKA, and year-end processes
• Lead company enrollment to the Digital Card System
• Collaborate with Finance and external payroll providers for reconciliation
• Drive payroll process improvements and automations
