You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver structured, repeatable launch processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new lender partners.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across technical, operational, and compliance workstreams.
• Lead onboarding kickoff sessions and serve as primary partner contact.
• Monitor early-stage partner performance metrics and optimize outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partner onboarding or fintech environments.
• Proven experience managing complex partner integrations in cross-functional settings.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending workflows and loan origination.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
