You'll build and manage relationships with Virginia school districts, guiding onboarding and adoption of the Kiddom educational platform. Your core impact is driving platform adoption and customer satisfaction through tailored success plans. • Build and manage relationships with Virginia school districts.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and strategic analysis for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and retention.
• Visit onsite to support district initiatives and professional learning.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in customer success or account management.
• Experience using or implementing HQIM.
• Experience with SAAS software setup, configuration, or administration.

• Deep familiarity with Virginia DOE standards and adoption cycles.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder accounts across rural districts.
• Strong data fluency for driving adoption and renewals.
