You'll support 2-3 Lab Schools in a 24-month partnership redesigning teaching and learning around AI. You'll be a trusted technical partner, running build sessions and coaching, and contributing to an open-source playbook. This role anchors the AI Lab Schools cohort while flexing into adjacent work as needs arise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hold relationships with 2-3 school founding teams across 24 months
• Build bespoke AI tools alongside teachers and leaders
• Document builds and capture patterns for the open-source playbook
• Co-facilitate quarterly three-day convenings

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of classroom, instructional coaching, or school-based experience
• Track record of shipping AI tools
• Experience supporting educators with patience and high standards
• Strong async and remote-first collaboration skills
