💼 About This Role

You'll establish and scale enterprise-grade data governance while leading advanced Workday analytics at Okta. You'll bridge People Ops, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity and compliance, driving innovation through Gen AI-driven reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain enterprise data standards and policies.
• Design complex Workday reports using Prism and Discovery Boards.
• Maintain SOX controls and ensure audit-ready reporting.
• Develop automated data quality checks and exception reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in Data Governance, HRIS, or Analytics.
• 5-8+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting.
• Expert knowledge of Workday data structures and security models.
• Proven track record managing data quality and compliance initiatives.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of global data privacy regulations.
• Workday HCM or Reporting Certifications.
• Experience implementing Gen AI or automation in People Operations.
