Description

As a People Partner Jr., you will collaborate with department leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR solutions. You'll oversee the employee lifecycle, facilitate conflict resolution, and use data to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous HR experience, preferably in consulting or working with senior management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all stages of the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation
• Facilitate conflict resolution and provide performance management support
