You'll own end-to-end delivery governance for enterprise AI agent deployments, leading implementation planning and client onboarding. You'll ensure smooth handoff from sales to go-live, managing senior stakeholders and driving scalable delivery systems. This role sits at the intersection of client teams, product, and engineering, converting signed deals into successful, timely deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery governance for enterprise AI deployments
• Oversee client onboarding across product configuration and integration
• Manage senior client stakeholders and steering committee reviews
• Identify delivery risks and build mitigation plans
• Build delivery playbooks, dashboards, and scalable governance systems

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in implementation delivery or customer onboarding
• Experience leading onboarding teams for SaaS, fintech, or AI products
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architecture
• Proven ability to manage enterprise client stakeholders and multi-stakeholder programs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM or AI/automation platforms
• Program management certification (PMP, Scrum Master)
• Experience in building delivery playbooks and SOPs
