  • Analyze market benchmarks to assess pay competitiveness.

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in compensation.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret compensation data.
  • Skill in translating compensation frameworks into actionable guidance.

  • Experience with compensation planning cycles.
  • Knowledge of pay equity analysis.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
