- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders on compensation guidance.
- Guide compensation decisions for offers, promotions, and retention.
- Define roles and assign job titles alongside HR partners.
- Evaluate jobs according to job architecture and leveling frameworks.
- Analyze market benchmarks to assess pay competitiveness.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in compensation.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret compensation data.
- Skill in translating compensation frameworks into actionable guidance.

- Experience with compensation planning cycles.
- Knowledge of pay equity analysis.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
