You'll lead enterprise-level implementations of an AI-native legal workspace trusted by top global law firms. You'll combine deep legal knowledge and people leadership to drive adoption and deliver measurable outcomes for clients. This role offers ownership and impact at a high-growth company with $100M+ ARR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-level pilots and implementations across multiple stakeholders
• Own priority client use cases end-to-end, shaping scalable frameworks
• Deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations
• Manage and develop a team of Legal Engineers

📋 Requirements

• Background in law at a top-tier firm or legal tech environment
• Direct people management experience including hiring and development
• Senior experience delivering complex client implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows
