💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day office operations and lead facilities execution for a global payments company in emerging markets. You'll act as the local single point of contact, integrating vendors, facilities, and IT to ensure each hub is operational and launch-ready. You'll drive process optimization and automation to reduce manual work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single point of contact for office operations and vendor management.
• Own delivery of workplace projects like expansions and collaboration zones.
• Coordinate on-site IT support for network, AV, and access systems.
• Manage Health & Safety compliance and emergency procedures.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience running office operations in medium/large hubs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating facilities/fit-out projects with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety and local compliance.
• Basic technical skills for IT support (Windows/MacOS, Wi-Fi, peripherals, AV).
• Advanced English (mandatory).
