💼 About This Role

You'll lead early-stage execution of solar projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and scheduling. You'll serve as a strategic partner and technical leader ensuring projects are set up for success. This role offers flexible remote options with a focus on Virginia projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own project portfolios from business development handoff through construction permits
• Manage non-ministerial permits including zoning and planning
• Coordinate schedules with Project Controls for awarded projects
• Assist engineering team in compliant project design development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years construction experience and/or engineering background in Solar
• 2+ years permitting experience in Virginia at county and city level
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of behind-the-meter and Utility interconnections
• Understanding of Purchase Order, Subcontract, PPA, EPC Contracts and project accounting
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
