You'll manage end-to-end global payroll operations across 15+ countries at DoiT, a cloud technology company. You'll ensure timely payroll processing, tax compliance, and drive process improvements to scale with growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end global payroll operations across 15+ countries
• Oversee payroll forecasting, reporting, and general ledger reconciliation
• Ensure tax compliance including quarterly and annual filings
• Drive vendor management, SLAs, KPIs, and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of payroll experience with global exposure
• Experience with HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Strong knowledge of US, EMEA, and other international payroll
• Project management skills and attention to detail
