Description

Lead a team of analysts responsible for pricing ACA markets, overseeing regulatory submissions, and partnering with Market PL and Insurance Product teams to guide strategic decisions. Drive pricing model enhancements and ensure actuarial soundness across regions.

Requirements

• College degree in STEM field
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or on track
• 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of health insurance concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead team to enhance pricing models and methodologies
• Oversee end-to-end rate development for ACA markets
• Influence strategic decisions on rates, network, and product strategy
• Understand key financial risks and opportunities to guide pricing and mitigation strategies
• Mentor, coach, and provide regular feedback to pricing analysts
