You'll play an active role in delivering and designing technology projects that transform how our clients work, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create experience design deliverables. You'll facilitate workshops, develop design strategies, and conduct user research to ensure high-quality digital products. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes and design systems
• Facilitate workshops and develop unique design strategies for products
• Conduct user research including contextual inquiry and user testing
• Support less-experienced designers and advocate design expertise externally

📋 Requirements

• Well-versed in experience design with specialities in at least three areas
• Experience leading research activities on experience design projects
• Proficient in stakeholder management and client communication
• Experience with Digital products - Web and Mobile
