You'll develop and enhance AML policies and conduct transaction monitoring to detect money laundering and terrorist financing. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance across Brazil and the U.S., leveraging data analysis and AI tools to improve detection and reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and update AML policies for Brazil and U.S. regulations
• Monitor transactions and investigate suspicious activity
• Assess risks for new products and services
• Train internal teams on AML/CTF best practices
• Collaborate with Legal, Audit, and Product teams

📋 Requirements

• Proven data analysis skills with SQL and Python
• Solid AML/CTF experience in fintech or related industries
• Fluent English with exceptional communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of U.S. international regulations (FCPA, EU AML Directives)
• Experience with process automation and BI tools (Looker, Power BI)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and machine learning
